Email #51 – Ironworker Steels the Show

Normally there are no people in my construction photos, but if there are, it's usually the ironworkers. Even on a small job, they can easily steel the show.

This picture was taken Friday from the north entrance. It shows a newly enlarged open space between the auditorium exits on the right and a future seminar room on the left, where the "Fishbowl" room used to be. Note that the steel ceiling is also the newly installed floor of the 2nd floor exhibition space, as shown in the previous email (#50).

On the floor in this photo are the last barely visible "sleeper boards." Everywhere else on the 1st & 2nd floors, the floor has now been layered with plywood.
