Thursday March 2009Urban Design and Planning Associate Professor Dan Abramson participated in the drafting of a manifesto on Urban Design Education for the conference, “Re-Imagining Cities: Urban Design After the Age of Oil,” University of Pennsylvania, November 6-8, 2008. His article, “Haussmann and Le Corbusier In China: Land Control and the Design of Streets in Urban Redevelopment,” was published in the Journal of Urban Design 13(2) (June 2008).
