Landscape Architect Professor Emeritus David Streatfield wrote the introductory chapter, “Gender and the History of Landscape Architecture 1900-1975” for a book edited by Linda Jewell and Louise Mozingo, A Century of Women: Evaluating Gender in the Landscape (University of Virginia Press, 2008) and A ‘New and Native’ Beauty: The Art and Craft of Greene and Greene, edited by Edward R. Bosley and Anne Mallek (Merrell, London and New York, 2008).
