Interdisciplinary report on Jefferson Parish completed

Landscape Architecture Professor and Chair Fritz Wagner, Urban Design and Planning Associate Professor Frank Westerlund, Architecture Associate Professor and Associate Chair Alex Anderson, and Landscape Architecture Associate Professor Daniel Winterbottom and Ph.D. in the Built Environment candidates/instructors Eric Noll and Andrea Martin recently completed a major report titled “New Visions for Old Jefferson.” The study, which included work from students in the Urban Planning and Landscape Architecture programs, focused on community development strategies for an area in Jefferson Parish, Louisiana. The work was supported by a $300,000 grant from the US Dept. of Housing and Urban Development.
