Computer Problem Submission
If you're having a computer problem with one of the computers of the College of Built Environments (BE), click this link to go to the web submission form. Filling out all the fields of the form will help the BE computer consultants respond quicker.

If you need to contact a consultant, you can email them at be-help@u.washington.edu.
Call A Consultant
If you need to call a consultant, say if your email was down, you can reach them at (206) 543-8531. The consultant's hours are generally 8-5pm M-F, but you can leave a message if you don't reach them during that time. Please call the consultants only if you cannot contact them normally through email, since email messages get into our request tracking system, while voicemail does not. If you are on campus and using a campus phone you only need to dial 3-8531, or the last five digits of the phone number.
Consultant Help Desk
The consultant help desk is located in the Digital Commons (Gould Basement), next to the elevator. The consultants are often in and out throughout the day as they have a very busy schedule, but a notice of where they are and their work schedule for the week will be available at the help desk. If you have a computer need, please email them first and if need be they'll arrange a time to meet.
