Dr. Wagner's interests range from land use/legal aspects of urban planning to health policy across urban and rural communities in developed and developing countries. He is a Fellow of the American Institute of Certified Planners, member of the American Planning Association and Urban Affairs Association. Dr. Wagner has co-edited four volumes on urban revitalization and had published numerous articles on urban planning. Moreover, he has made many presentations at national and international meetings.
