OPPORTUNITIES FOR GIVING

We have established our campaign goals to leverage a $1 million investment in students, faculty, and programs into far-reaching educational and social benefits.

Endowment for Excellence
Our goal is to establish a $750,000 Endowment for Excellence that will provide the department necessary resources to support critical faculty research and to help defray some of the costs of community-based initiatives. While the latter programs are supplemented by grants, gifts, and in-kind contributions, our faculty and students still miss out on engaging opportunities, and communities miss out on important benefits, due to lack of private support.

Student Scholarships
We've established a scholarship goal of $250,000. These funds will be used to further extend the reach of our endowed student scholarships, including one in the name of program founder Richard Haag. These scholarships allow the department to continue to attract outstanding students who will bring a diversity of thought to the study of Landscape Architecture.
