Welcome to the Runstad Center for Real Estate Studies. We are based in the College of Built Environments at the University of Washington. The name change for our college (i.e., formerly College of Architecture and Urban Planning) recognizes its changing nature and more accurately reflects its mission and inclusion of other disciplines operating under its umbrella including real estate. This is an exciting time as we prepare for the upcoming academic year and the expansion of our real estate educational offerings.

We would like to welcome our visitors to our website which is designed as a resource for students and the broader real estate community.
