Real Estate Course Sequencing
Program of Study
The MSRE is a two-year program with admissions targeted for Fall of each year. The program will admit approximately 20 students who will serve as a cohort group through their program of studies. The core and advanced real estate courses are taught in a sequence to accommodate incremental learning . The Specialization in Real Estate is set up as a two-year program for MUP students, although other graduate students from across campus may be able to fulfill the six course requirement in their second academic year. The Track/Certificate can be completed in one year. Table 1 presents the typical course sequencing for the real estate offerings. Table 2 presents the typical sequence of study for students entering the MSRE in the Fall quarter.
