Publications
Overview One of our missions at the Runstad Center for Real Estate Studies is to conduct and disseminate applied research that helps foster a greater understanding, enhances market efficiency, and advances the state of the industry. To that end, we are undertaking a number of research and publication projects that are of interest to professional and academic audiences. To help disseminate the results of our research and share our knowledge, we are preparing a number of white papers and periodic publications. In addition to our own research, we are collaborating with the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) on publication of the Journal of Shopping Center Research. We are also conducting research into the overall growth management issue, and are presenting some of the results of our preliminary literature search in our Growth Management Clearinghouse. We will be building this foundation and drawing upon it in our research. Please check the sections below to explore these two important initiatives.
