Overview

One of our missions at the Runstad Center for Real Estate Studies is to conduct and disseminate applied research that helps foster a greater understanding, enhances market efficiency, and advances the state of the industry. To that end, we are undertaking a number of research and publication projects that are of interest to professional and academic audiences.  To help disseminate the results of our research and share our knowledge, we are preparing a number of white papers and periodic publications.
